The Safety & Justice Collective is a diverse community organization in Dothan, Alabama dedicated to fostering trust, accountability, and collaboration between law enforcement and the communities they serve. Our mission is to advocate for safer, fairer policing practices while creating bridges of understanding and cooperation. Through education, dialogue, and proactive initiatives, we aim to ensure that every resident of Dothan feels protected, respected, and heard.
